About Us

Hope Psychology and Mental Health Services is here to walk alongside children, young people, families, and individuals through the ups and downs of life. We understand that challenges can feel heavy at times, and we believe no one should have to face them alone. Our support is personal, intentional, and shaped uniquely to each person’s needs and story.

We desire to meet people right where they are — in their challenges, hopes, and journeys — and to walk with them as they grow and heal. Every person has been wonderfully created to be their unique self, with their own strengths, personality, and story. Our heart is to support each child, young person, and family to discover who they are and to nurture their growth and development more and more.

As a mother–daughter practice, we bring a shared passion for seeing families’ flourish. We believe in the power of connection — helping people build stronger, deeper, and more meaningful relationships within their families and communities. We are also deeply committed to working alongside our community to help create environments where families can thrive, feel supported, and experience hope.

At the heart of what we do is a deep desire to care for people. Inspired by the words of Micah 6:8 — “to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your Lord” — we are committed to creating a safe, supportive space where children and families feel seen, heard, encouraged and held while processing the issues and growing in moving forward. Our hope is to nurture growth, resilience, and healing, while walking together with kindness, compassion, and faith.
